Post poll violence: Youth shot dead by cop in Faridkot

A 21-year-old youth of Chet Singh wala village in Faridkot district was shot dead by a cop on Wednesday night. The accused, identified as inspector Gurcharan Singh, reportedly shot the victim just after the supporters of winning candidate Parminder Singh and his opponent's supporters landed in a minor scuffle.
