PU has invited applications for BPharmacy and BSc (honours schools) semester system at the campus on Tuesday. Prospectus and application form for the entrance test CET-UG-2016 are available on website http://cetug.puchd.ac.in/. Class 12 students can file online applications till April 28 as per their eligibility.
Admissions to BPharma and various honours school bachelor degree courses are based on the result of CET-UG 2016 and marks in the qualifying examination. Qualifying examination (Class 12) and PU-CET (UG) entrance test carries 25% and 75% weightage, respectively. The entrance test CET-UG-2016 will be conducted on May 22.
There are 46 open seats in BPharmacy at the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS) and 30 open seats each in BSc (honous school) anthropology, BSc (honours school) biochemistry and BSc (honours school) geology.
There are 25 open seats each in BSc (honours school) biophysics, BSc (honours school) microbiology and BSc (honours school) zoology. There are 20 seats each in BSc (honours school).
There are 15 open seats in BSc (honours school) biotechnology, 58 seats in BSc (honours school) chemistry, 40 seats in BSc (honours school) mathematics and 40 seats in BSc (honours school) physics.
The last date for submission of online application to generate the bank challan is April 28 and last date for submission of fee in any branch of SBI is April 30, up to 4 pm. The last date for submission of the fee details and uploading photograph and signature with the rest of the information on the website is May 2. E-admit cards will be available on the website on May 11.
