Sadly, this has been a common sight for the past several years.

People have to wade through a huge pool of water which takes days to recede. With the arrival of rains every year, the area converts into large pond that makes it difficult for the visitors to reach the PUDA complex.
It is one of the most-visited spots in the city since it is located near the district administrative complex and commissionrate police office.

A few hours of rain inundates the area and it becomes difficult for motorists and pedestrians to pass through the stretch.

Employees working with JDA and private offices have been facing inconvenience for the past many years.
Even as the PUDA building has several offices such as newspapers, banks, radio station etc, the municipal corporation and administration have not done anything to solve the problem.
