BRO commander Rajender Singh told Hindustan Times, "On Sunday morning, we successfully opened the Rohtang Pass, which connects the tribal Lahaul and Spiti with Kullu district. It was covered with more than five feet snow." He added that the vehicles stranded near Marhi and Gulaba were moved to safer areas.
