Security beefed up for Baba Farid mela on Sept 22

According to the senior superintendent of police Faridkot, SS Kahlon, about 1,200 police personnel under the supervision of five superintendent of police (SPs) rank officers besides 11 DSPs have been deputed in view of the visit of the chief minister, Parkash Singh Badal, on September 22 in Faridkot for the Baba Farid mela. The security personnel include 105 lady constables. 50 CCTV cameras are also being installed at important places.
