The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) announced to give five acre land behind Thanda Burj to build Moti Ram Mehra memorial for the state government project on Saturday.
“We have finalised to give five acre land to build this memorial after discussion with state authorities,” said Avtar Singh Makkar, president, SGPC. “Maintenance of the memorial will be taken care by the SGPC,” added Makkar.
