A month after undertaking lie-detection test, the main accused in the alleged molestation case of two Rohtak sisters has sought a clarification from the police over the status of the test report.
Kuldeep, through his counsel Pradeep Malik, has written a letter to the senior superintendent of police (SSP), Rohtak, asking why the court has not received the polygraph report so far.
"It has come to our knowledge from reliable sources that the report has been received by the special investigation team, but it has not been sent to local court," the letter reads.
Kuldeep has further asked the SSP to direct the investigating team to send the polygraph report to the court and also speed up the inquiry.
Besides Kuldeep and two others - Mohit and Deepak - the complainants also underwent a lie-detection test at the forensic laboratory of the Central Bureau of Investigation on December 20 and 22 last year.
The incident, which took place on a bus on November 28, snowballed into a major controversy after a video of the alleged molestation went viral. Rohtak deputy commissioner, Shekhar Vidhyarti and SP Shashank Anand gave an assurance of getting the accused tried by a fast-track court.

{{/usCountry}}However, the police its side has neither submitted a chargesheet against the accused nor has it seized the mobile phone by which the incident was videoed.
There were allegations that the sisters got the incident recorded to garner public sympathy.
