With the post tehsildar at Khamano has been lying vacant for three months, people are facing various problems and revenue-related work has got stuck. Now only Naib Tehsildar is posted in Tehsil Complex, Khamano.
Harpreet Kaur is presently working at Naib Tehsildar, Khamano and when she was on leave or busy in any other work, the people who used to visit Tehsil Complex returned their home without serving their purpose.
Satbir Singh Balaspur, president Inqulab Vikas Dal demanded from the state government to immediate appoint permanent Tehsildar in Khamano. He said people used to visit Tehsildar office for various government works and in his absence they approached Naib Tehsildar but when even this officer is not available and busy in work or on leave people has to waste their time in Tehsil Complex without any gain. They are compelled to visit their office to get their work including sale and purchase of land done.
