The Amritsar (rural) police registered a case against Swaran Singh, Shamsher Singh amd Malkit Singh for allegedly raping a married woman.
"I was out with my husband to look for a rented accommodation when Malkit Singh came and took us to Swaran Singh's place for our stay."

"Later the accused made my husband drink alcohol and raped me. They also stole R45000 from my husband,"said the victim.
