Two held with 1-kg heroin

The Jalandhar (rural) police have arrested two persons, including a woman, and recovered 1-kg heroin from their possession. Superintendent of police (SP) (D) Rajinder Singh said that the accused had been identified as Nimmo, wife of Deppa, a resident of Lakhannpal village.
