Two, including minor, raped

The Amritsar police today registered two cases of rape. One of the victims is 13-year-old. In her police complaint, one Santi Devi accused a migrant labourer staying in her rented accommodation, Dhoti Yadav, of raping her 13-year-old niece at least five times in the past four months.

The medical examination of the minor has been conducted.

Acting on a complaint by a divorcee, the police registered a case of rape against Milan Kapoor.

The police said Kapoor, after promising the woman that he would marry her, developed physical relations with her.
