Wanted Maoist arrested in Jalandhar

The Maoist has been identified as Avidhesh Yadav, said Punjab Police crime investigation agency (CIA )wing head Harinder Singh, who along with the Jharkhand special branch police officials, conducted the raid.

Yadav is facing attempt to murder and cases under the Arms Act.

He had come here three months ago and was working in a rice-mill.

CIA head said Jharkhand Police took Yadav back to to Latihar district at where he was facing the cases.
