Actor Vaibhav Tatwawaadi recently opened the show for Sanjukta Dutta, an Assamese designer at Lakmé Fashion Week 2018.

Vaibhav Tatwawaadi is looking forward to a fun-filled week in Nagpur. The Bhetli Tu Punha (2017) actor’s brother Gaurav will be marrying Madhura Gokhale on February 9. The rituals and functions for the same will begin on February 8, with a sangeet ceremony, and end on February 10 with a reception. “In Nagpur, weddings are a three-day affair unlike a one day event in cities such as Pune and Mumbai. Given a choice, I too, would go for a typical traditionally styled wedding with all the rituals and ceremonies. I am pretty old school that way,” says Vaibhav, who recently opened the show for Sanjukta Dutta, an Assamese designer at Lakmé Fashion Week 2018.

Vaibhav has personally looked into the costumes for his brother’s wedding, and has designed three different looks for him. “For the sangeet, he will be wearing an Indo-western outfit, for the wedding, a typical Maharashtrian traditional piece, and for the reception, a three piece western suit. I will also be dressed in the similar theme throughout,” says the actor, who believes fashion is all about experimenting.

He has taken this time off to be with family and will resume shoot for Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi on February 14.
