Regina Cassandra plays the bewitching badass in this Nani film.

Awe is actor Nani’s first film as producer and there is a lot of buzz surrounding the project already. The filmmakers have released the looks of four actors so far - Regina Cassandra, Eesha Rebba, Srinivas Avasarala and Nithya Menen - and the three female characters have stark differences. While Eesha is “ Bound by innocence... Liberated by love ,” Regina’s look is dark. On Wednesday, Regina’s look was revealed on Wall Poster Cinema official Twitter page.

Regina sports a tattoo on her back, which is that of a tree without leaves. She also sports another tattoo of a snake on one hand and many interesting ones on the fingers of her left hand. Wall Poster Cinema introduced the character on Twitter and wrote, “Introducing ReginAWE Cassandra, the Bewitching Badass in Awe”.

Nithya Menen plays a free-spirited woman while Srinivas is the unrelenting underdog in the film. Awe is directed by Prashanth Varma who initially approached Nani to lend his voice as a narrator. Nani was so impressed with the script that he decided to produce the film. Mass maharaja Ravi Teja will play the narrator in the film instead. We cannot wait to see what Kajal Aggarwal does in this film.

Nani is currently looking forward to the release of MCA directed by Venu Sree Raam and produced by Dil Raju. This film is set to release on December 21 and will clash at the box office with Akhil Akkineni’s Hello.
