Women dig chivalrous guys

A study, based on a survey of 2,000 people, has found that men have finally realised that chivalrous behaviour is more attractive to women than simply a laddish attitude.

Blokes, please note -- it's not laddish attitude, but chivalrous behaviour which appears more appealing to the fair sex, says a new study.

The study, based on a survey of 2,000 people, has found that men have finally realised that chivalrous behaviour is more attractive to women than simply a laddish attitude, the Daily Express reported.

In the survey for Lixx vodka, two-fifths of men said they were now more likely to open doors and pull out chairs for prospective partners, while 52 per cent of women said paying them a compliment was the best way to get a date.
