Ferrer wins Swedish Open final

Spaniard David Ferrer, who did not lose a set in his four matches at the clay-court tournament, beat Nicolas Almagro 6-1, 6-2.

David Ferrer of Spain beat Nicolas Almagro 6-1, 6-2 on Sunday to win the Swedish Open.

The second-seeded Ferrer broke Almagro in the opening game of the match and took a 5-1 lead after another break. In the second set, Ferrer again broke the unseeded Almagro's serve twice.

Ferrer, who won his fourth ATP title, did not lose a set in his four matches at the clay-court tournament.
