Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistani partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi warded off stiff challenge from the Slovak-Belarussian pair of Michael Martinek and Dick Norman to enter the quarterfinals of the Miami WTA and ATP Masters.
The seventh-seeded pair defeated their unseeded opponents in an energy-sapping match 7-6(4), 3-6, 10-8. They will now face top seeded American pair of Bob and Mike Bryan.
