Kim Clijsters says she was involved in a car accident on the way to her semifinal at the WTA Championships but escaped unhurt.
Clijsters arrived on time at the tennis arena in Doha to start her match against Sam Stosur of Australia.

The fourth-ranked Clijsters posted a photo on her Twitter page showing damage to the right front door of an official WTA Tour car. She tweeted that "we just had a car accident on our way to the courts! So scary."
