Mahindra United rallied well to beat Dempo and go top of I League after a 19th round contest at the Cooperage ground on Thursday.
Industrious Nigerian striker Subair Muritala Ali came up with two fine goals. Ali also emerged leading scorer with 15 goals in this competition. Josimar Martins of Chirag United, who drew 1-1 with Viva Kerala in Kolkata, is second with 14.
