Rastogi decided to end his professional career in July owing to a nerve deformation in the left leg but has stayed in touch with the game by giving private coaching lessons in Mumbai.

"They are investing a lot into their development programme, and I will mainly be working with the youngsters," Rastogi, who will leave for Hong Kong on October 28, said. "They have brought on board a group of five-six coaches. They mainly wanted me to come because I can still get on court and play with the guys."

One of the fittest Indian players when he did play professionally, Rastogi was essentially moulded at the Nick Bollettieri academy.
