The unseeded Indo-Philippine pair, who had shocked the top seeds earlier, recorded a 6-2 6-4 win in exactly an hour in the quarterfinals of the $619,50 tournament.
They next face fourth seed Israeli pair of Jonathan Erlich and Andy Ram.
It could have been an easier win for the Somdev and Huey had they not squandered four out of five breakpoints in the second set.
