Two killed, five hurt as illegal building collapses in Maharashtra’s Bhiwandi

Two died and five were injured when the ground plus four floored Munnavar building collapsed in Bhiwandi Shanti nager area on Saturday around 1.15am. Twenty-two families were evacuated from the building which was illegally built. The rescue operation was carried out by TDRF and NDRF team.

Fire destroys two godowns in Bhiwandi, Mumbai

There are four fire stations of BNCMC, which cater to approximately 13 to 14 lakh people. The fire department has four fire tenders out of which one is under repair.
