Recalling his near-death experience in an interview to The Sun published on Sunday, an emotional Johnson said he was administered “litres and litres” of oxygen, but ICU monitors were showing little progress, compelling doctors to make plans to announce his death.

OFBs, DPSUs told to ramp up output after lockdown

Rajnath Singh said such plans were necessary to ramp up production and compensate for the time lost due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Singh spoke to top officials of the OFB and DPSUs, via video conference, and reviewed operational plans as well as their contribution to the fight against the pandemic.

Two misleading arguments need refutation. One, that because of our failure to stabilise Jammu and Kashmir, we remain vulnerable to Pakistani-sponsored terrorism. The other argument is that Pulwama is the product of our hardened policies in J&K and our failure to talk to Pakistan.
