Hundreds of farmers from different states started reaching Delhi to participate in a 'mahapanchayat' called by the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (non-political) at Jantar Mantar on Monday. Security was beefed up at Delhi borders, including Singhu and Ghazipur, police said.
