Baghel govt to invoke NSA over bid to disrupt communal harmony

Invoke NSA over child lifting rumours, attacks: UP Police

Prayagraj admin invokes NSA against accused in violence case

On June 11, Javed Mohammad was arrested for allegedly instigating violent protests in the city's Atala locality against derogatory remarks on Prophet Mohammed by suspended Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nupur Sharma and expelled BJP leader Naveen Jindal. His arrest came a day after the violence.

UP teachers’ exam cancelled after paper leak, CM Yogi says will invoke NSA

Of the accused, 23 were arrested after they were found in possession of the exam papers on Saturday night, officials said on Sunday. The officials arrested three people from Shamli and two others from Prayagraj on Sunday.

Court sets aside detention order against man booked for FB post on Babri Masjid

A bench of Justice Ramesh Sinha and Justice Saroj Yadav passed the order on a habeas corpus petition moved on the behalf of Mohd Faiyyaz Mansoori.

The petitioner was booked for allegedly making a provocative post on Facebook over Babri Masjid.
