2,600 vehicle owners, drivers fined upon entering Delhi for RFID tag violations

From the midnight of September 13, around 2,625 commercial vehicles have been found entering Delhi through the 13 entry points without radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags or insufficient recharge amount in their tags.

EPCA extends RFID tag deadline for commercial vehicles to Aug 23

On Friday, long queues of truckers were witnessed at the 13 toll points and six Points of Sale (PoS) of RFID tags in places like Sonepat and Manesar in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad.
