Supreme Court trashes tampering charge in NEET-UG answer sheets

  • Allegations of tampering of NEET-UG OMR sheets made by 6 candidates in the SC turned out to be a damp squib with the apex court dismissing the petition finding no reason to doubt the NTA of any wrongdoing.
A bench dismissed the petition after being convinced by the response filed by NTA that the OMR sheets were not tampered with as it is signed by the candidate and counter-signed by the invigilator.

EVMs fine, poll losers find problems, says TRS on tampering row
