Tata Group to merge Air India with Vistara by 2024 as part of key deal

SIA will invest $250 million into Air India as part of the transaction, the Singaporean carrier said in a statement, with the pair aiming to complete the merger by March 2024 subject to regulatory approvals.

At Tata-Airbus Gujarat event, top officer's promise to India for next 10 years

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for a plant of the Tata-Airbus consortium in Gujarat's Vadodara today in a big move towards made-in-India aircrafts.

Union minister Nitin Gadkari pitches for investments from Tata Group in Nagpur

In a letter to Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran on October 7, Gadkari, who handles the road transport and highways portfolio, said group companies engaged in businesses like steel, auto, consumer products, IT services and aviation can choose to invest in Nagpur.
