HPBOSE HP Board 12th Results 2020 Live Updates :The Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) has declared the class 12th results today. The HPBOSE class 12th results will be available online from 11:30 am onwards. Students who have appeared for the exam can now check their intermediate results on the official website of HPBOSE at hpbose.org.0This year, 86633 students have taken the exam out of which 65654 students passed the exam making the total pass percentage to 76.07. 325 students were absent. This year, girls outscored boys. The pass percentage of girls is 79.75 while the pass percent of boys is 72.42. In the year 2019 also, girls had outperformed boys with a pass percent of 66.77 while the pass percent of boys is 57.74. The class 12th examination was conducted from March 4 to 27.Students will have to key in their roll number and date of birth to check their results online. The e-marksheet can be downloaded from the official website for future references. In view of heavy rainfall predicted by the meteorological department in different parts of Mumbai, National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) teams have been kept on standby.With cancellation of 30 flights, the operations at Mumbai airport has been affected for the second day. Additionally, 118 flights, including 86 departure, have been running late on Thursday.Due to heavy rains, the tracks on both Central and Western railway lines were submerged forcing the railway authorities to suspend the train operation until water recedes to a safer level.According to railway officials, on Thursday, the trains may run 10-20 minutes late and some trains may remain cancelled. “Mumbai city and the suburbs are likely to receive extremey heavy rainfall for the next 48 hours”, an IMD release read. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman addressed a press conference amid expectations that government would announce more steps to accelerate economic growth.On Thursday, the union minister held a media briefing where she discussed development schemes for the northeast region besides direct tax and GST.“We can front-load some public spending by the Centre,” Sitharaman said during the press conference in Guwahati. Chidambaram INX Media Case Highlights - No witch hunt, only serious money laundering: ED on Chidambaram case
The Supreme Court on Wednesday extended by a day former union minister P Chidambaram’s interim protection from arrest in a case being probed by Enforcement Directorate in INX media case.In his arguments, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said to give documents in the case would upset the apple cart of investigation. He asked the top court to look at the documents to show it’s not witch hunting but is a serious case of money laundering. Mehta, who was arguing for the Enforcement Directorate, told the Supreme Court that specific information had been received from foreign banks which include inputs on Chidambaram’s properties abroad. “Statutory entities abroad have given specific inputs of properties like their location, ownership etc in detail and letters rogatory were also issued.
