Located in Sector 54 near Golf Course Road, The Dahlias is being developed by DLF as an ultra-luxury residential project. According to DLF, the development will span around 7.5 million sq ft and comprise 420 residences across 29 levels and eight towers. The project includes 15 exclusive duplex penthouses of about 35,000 sq ft.

Sardana's penthouse has a super area of around 17,200 sq ft and a carpet area of approximately 10,500 sq ft. The transaction works out to about 1.58 lakh per sq ft on the super area and nearly 2.6 lakh per sq ft on the carpet area. Two people aware of the transaction said it is the costliest single-unit residential transaction in the country.

Manav Sardana is not the only prominent name to have bought a home at The Dahlias. Here are some of the notable buyers associated with the project:

Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela

Ace investor Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela, founder of MK Ventures, purchased an apartment at The Dahlias for more than 120.71 crore in April 2026. The apartment also comes with five dedicated car parking spaces.

Delhi-NCR industrialist

In October 2025, Hindustan Times Real Estate reported that a Delhi-NCR-based industrialist bought four apartments at The Dahlias for about 380 crore. The four apartments, together measuring nearly 35,000 sq ft, are located in adjoining towers of the under-construction development. According to the report, the buyer plans to interconnect the four units to create one expansive residence.

The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
