Comedian Vir Das took to Instagram to share a video that has left people equal parts laughing and worrying. In the video, Vir Das talks about what he received after ordering bananas in the United States as a post-workout meal. No, the comedian didn’t get the wrong item, but bananas in a way he would not have thought. He even shared that he stared at the order he received for 25 minutes.

“Just wanted bananas,” wrote Vir Das while sharing the video on Instagram. In the video that is slowly gaining traction on social media, the comedian presents two bananas peeled, cut into slices and packed in two different plastic boxes. He then talks about plastic that needs recycling, packed bananas that require refrigeration which in turn needs electricity and utensils to eat them. He even points out that ‘bananas have packaging that comes from God’. And his rant about thinly sliced, packed bananas, along with his poker face throughout the video, left many laughing.
