A woman in a wheelchair has impressed the internet with her determination after a video of her doing pull-ups at a gym went viral. The clip shows her preparing for the challenging exercise while several women help position her wheelchair near the pull-up bar.

The video was shared on Instagram by Abril Alfaro and features the text, “POV: doing pull-ups with the wheelchair.” At the beginning of the clip, the woman appears unsure about whether she will be able to complete the exercise. Four women then help lift and move her wheelchair towards the pull-up bar before stepping away and letting her attempt the exercise independently.

Woman sets goal of 10 pull-ups before year-end

Once she is in position, the woman grips the bar and begins doing pull-ups while remaining seated in her wheelchair. Despite her initial hesitation, she manages to complete the exercise, appearing determined to keep going.

Towards the end of the video, she shares her goal, saying, “My goal is to reach 10 before the year ends.”

The clip has drawn attention not only to her strength but also to the support from the women around her. Their help in positioning the wheelchair allows her to focus on the exercise, after which they step back and let her take over.

Internet calls her a ‘superwoman’
