Akshay Kumar back on Khatron Ke Khiladi?

The TRPs of third season of Khatron Ke Khiladi have hit the rock bottom, after two successul seasons. That's probably the reason why Colors has approached the original khiladi Akshay Kumar for the next edition of the show.

The TRPs of third season of Khatron Ke Khiladi have hit the rock bottom, after two successul seasons. That's probably the reason why Colors has approached the original 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar for the next edition of the show.



A source told Mid Day, "Kumar is definitely being considered as the next host for Khatron Ke Khiladi 4. His first two seasons with the show were successful and based on the feedback received from viewers, the word on the street is that Priyanka didn't do too well as a host. The channel and production house felt they should stick to a guy hosting the show rather than a girl. Even though it was PC's first attempt at hosting, the ratings didn't' sustain till the end of the show."



Akshay however has not given his go-ahead as yet.

The source added, "He's going to take his time and then decide. There will be several factors to be considered, right from his signing amount to dates and the place of the shoot. Akshay won't comment on KKK until the channel puts their cards on the table."



But will Akki trust Colors after the channel ditched him for Priyanka?

An official spokesperson for Colors was quoted by the tabloid as saying, "We are focusing on Bigg Boss. It's too early to comment on next season of KKK, and talk about who we have roped in."
