is in a soup — both on screen and off it. While inmates Dolly Bindra and Sameer Soni were kicked out from the show on Thursday for coming to blows, the show earned the wrath of the Information and Broadcasting (I&B) ministry for defying its order to telecasting only after 11pm.

On Wednesday, Bindra and Soni were involved in an ugly war of words, which led to them being dumped from the show. “Dolly has been abusing and provoking people. On Wednesday, she picked a fight with Shweta (Tiwari). When I intervened, she abused me and even attacked me with an object, which left me bruised,” said Soni. Dolly, however, said, “I was not indisciplined. I was aggravated. How could he talk to me like that?”

Meanwhile, the channel’s open defiance to the ministry’s order has also angered the authorities. The channel cited Eid as the reason for not getting the ministry’s orders. “It was a gazetted holiday (on Eid), so we never received a notice,” said a spokesperson from Colors.
