Actor Mishal Raheja, who plays Dutta Patil in the show Laagi Tujh Se Lagan, is looking forward to getting married. His female fans need not worry, though — the wedding in question is on-screen, for his Colors show. “I am dying to shoot for the wedding... it’s going to be something that the viewers have never seen before.

Dutta is going to marry Nakusha (the show’s protagonist, played by Mahi Vij) at gunpoint just to torture her,” says Mishal. He’s not keen to get into a relationship in real life, though. “I had a girlfriend in the past but it’s been five years since we broke up. It’s time for me to work and make my life.”

He may be getting married to an ugly Betty on screen, but in real life, he has his checklist in place. “Looks do matter to me. She needs to be pleasant to look at... not like I’ll only settle for Kareena (Kapoor) or Katrina (Kaif). At the same time, she needs to be a good human being.” Mishal, who was the second choice for Dutta’s role, after Rohit Bakshi of Kahin To Hoga fame was approached for it, says, “Whose loss is it — mine or his? The role was in my destiny, so I got it.”
