This practice dates back to his childhood when he used to keep aside a considerable amount from his pocket money. All the savings were donated to a charity and he still follows the norm. He believes this is his way of giving back to the society.

Moreover, the actor is very inspired by and impressed with Aamir Khan and has kept the title song of the latter’s show Satyamev Jayate as his ringtone.

He says,“It is heartening to see the ripple effect of the show.”
