Sourabhee Debbarma may be the favourite to win the Indian Idol 4 contest this year but she has stiff competition. But no, it’s not from the other two finalists, Torsha Sarkar and Kapil Thapa. Sourabhee’s toughest competitor may be one of the Idol judges, Anu Mallik, because he has got a surprise fan in Abhishek Bachchan.

Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor, the celebrity judges on the upcoming episode of the show, were asked to name their favourite contestants.

And just like all the other celebrities guests on the show, including Bipasha Basu and Neil Nitin Mukesh, even Kapoor felt that Sourabhee should be the next Indian Idol. But Bachchan junior begged to differ.

“I want Anu Mallik to win the title and I want everybody to vote for him,” he said with a straight face. Tough luck, Sourabhee!
