The actor is back on the small screen with a new period drama — Karamphal Data Shani — on Colors channel, in which she is playing the mother of Shani.

“Earlier, as an artiste I had to imagine the pain or affection or worry of a mother while acting. Now, that I am a mother, I know exactly how it feels when your baby is in trouble or to what extent a mother can go to protect her baby. I am well versed with that emotion,” Juhi said.

Juhi, who is married to TV actor Sachin Shroff, is playing a double role — Sandhya and Chaya — in the show.

Ever since Juhi stepped in to the entertainment industry, she rose to success with each step — be it her famous TV show or winning Big Boss 5.

The actor says she is blessed.

“I am thankful to God who has given me so much. I couldn’t have asked for more for my comeback,” she said.
