on Star Plus that left them baffled. He asked the reason why most of the talented discoveries of reality singing contests don’t make it big as playback singers. Of course, there were plenty who echoed his thoughts. Vineet, one of the co-contestants on the show, meanwhile, has started thinking that he is a star, as a result of which he even behaves like one. Sources from the set reveal that he has become difficult to handle. Hasan asked the judges, Shankar Mahadevan and Mika, “Is this one of the reasons for talented singers to remain where they are?”

Mika replied that the new singers come with in-built attitude because of the early success they see on different shows.

Mika added that if only they start carrying their heads on their shoulders and approach the producers with a down-to-earth attitude, they will succeed. Right. Now, look who’s talking?
