According to rumours, Zee TV’s Shabaash India has been scrapped. The show’s promos came on air a while ago. However, plans to introduce it soon after Dance India Dance Li’l Masters Season Two ends have been put on hold. If sources are to be believed, the channel plans to air two reality shows — based on song and dance respectively — back-to-back after their current weekend show, and then think about Shabaash India Season Two.

Quiz Ashish Golwalkar from the channel’s non-fiction programming team and he admits, “It’s true, we’ve had to postpone it to the end of the year or beyond because it requires a lot of work. We have to shoot a lot outdoors, which is difficult in the rains. We’re planning to bring back one of our hit formats instead.” He adds,

“We’d thought we could pull it off, but we’ve concluded that the rains will play foul and the overall quality will face the consequences. It’s best to wait for the sun to shine bright.”
