I behaved inside the house just the way I am outside. I really don’t know what happened and why I was evicted,” he says.

Talking about the video in which Raju Srivastav, Rohit Verma and Vindu Dara Singh were shown plotting against the other contestants, Kambli says, “The punishment for them was very less. They should have been evicted. But it is the people outside who decide who goes and they have surprised me with their decision.” He further explains why he did not react much on seeing the video. “I maintained my cool because that’s the way I am. The others were just acting. I was honest because I don’t play games. The only game I have ever played is cricket,” he says, adding, “I never got into a bad situation inside because no one provoked me. If anyone would have dared to say something to me, I would have tackled them the way I tackled fast bowlers on the cricket field… the way I hit them for fours and sixes.”
