Popular television actor Vivian Dsena, who stirred up a storm a while back when he quit Madhubala — Ek Ishq Ek Junoon after the show took an 18-year-leap, is back to the show, once again.

Sources close to the production house reveal that Dsena, who earlier played the character of a superstar named Rishabh Kundra aka RK, will now be seen playing the role of a mentally challenged person.

Dsena had earlier told us in an interview that he quit the show as he did not want to play a father to an 18-year-old, as he himself is barely 25. But industry insiders reveal that losing him on the show cost the makers drastically dipping TRPs that led them to persuade Dsena to get back on board.

Also, actor Gunjan Utreja, who had entered the show as a lead post Dsena's exit, failed to create the same onscreen chemistry with the show's female lead, Drashti Dhami aka Madhu, which, too, apparently fueled the need to get Dsena back. If sources are to be believed, Utreja's character, Abhay Kapoor, will turn grey in the forthcoming episodes.
