Nat'l Aeronautics & Space Administration staring at third delay for lunar-orbiting test flight. A crucial U.S. follow-up to the Apollo Moon-landing program (half-century ago). Pertinent to note, space launch system rocket is the most powerful ever built by NASA. The NASA lunar-orbiting test flight shall feature mannequins but no astronauts. If the first test flight goes well, astronauts would climb aboard for the 2024 mission. NASA scientists have their sights set on a two-person Moon landing in the year 2025.
