According to sources cited by news outlet NDTV, Prime Minister Modi is expected to visit Ukraine in August 2024. This trip would be his first to Ukraine since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022. Just a month prior, Modi and Ukrainian President Zelensky met on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Italy. In June 2024, following the NDA's victory in the elections led by Modi, Zelensky had extended his congratulations and invited the Indian leader.
