‘BJP Can Be Defeated’: Kejriwal Celebrates INDIA Bloc Win After SC Overturns Chandigarh Mayor Result

The Supreme Court on February 20 overturned the election results of Chandigarh Mayor held last month, and declared AAP councillor Kuldeep Kumar as the winner. The top court found that the presiding officer Anil Masih, appointed by the BJP, deliberately invalidated 8 votes cast in favour of the AAP candidate. The Supreme Court has initiated criminal proceedings against the presiding officer for defacing the ballots.
