Bengaluru Covid bed scam | ‘4 major reforms in allotment system’: Tejasvi Surya

BJP’s Tejasvi Surya announced major reforms in hospital bed allotment system. Last week, Surya alleged hospital bed scam in Bengaluru amid Covid crisis. Surya said, “We have implemented 4 major reforms in the bed allotment system. We have institutionalized individual IDs for people working in the war room and booking beds. It will fix accountability. Patients will get SMS alert the moment any booking is made in their name. Time allowed to patients between allotment of bed and admission has been reduced to 4 hours from 10 hours. The feature of manual unblocking of beds has been stopped.” Watch the full video for more.
