Coronavirus: Can Centre’s 7 steps control migrant crisis amidst lockdown?

With mass travel of migrants across many parts of the country threatening to undermine the very objective of a nationwide lockdown, the Union government issued directives to state and Union Territory governments on Sunday. The provincial administrations have been asked to seal district and state borders, and ensure food and shelter for the needy.
