Coronavirus: Infected Indian dies in Iran; ICMR says no community spread in India

Cases of Coronavirus infection crossed 170 in India on Thursday. India also recorded its fourth death due to the new virus. A 70-year-old with underlying conditions of diabetes and hypertension passed away due to Covid-19 in Punjab. An Indian national, who was suffering from Coronavirus infection, also passed away in Iran on Thursday. India's Ministry of External Affairs confirmed the death. Meanwhile, the Indian Council of Medical Research denied that community transmission of the virus had taken place in India. Community spread refers to infection which can't be traced back to travel to affected countries or contact with a person who has such a travel history.
