Covid: Delhi Dy CM gets first vaccine jab as capital faces infection surge

  • Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and his wife Seema received their first vaccine dose as the national capital faces a fresh infection surge. They were given Bharat Biotech's Covaxin at Maulana Azad Medical College. Apart from appealing to eligible residents to get vaccinated, Sisodia also asked the central government to remove restrictions on vaccine supply to widen the inoculation net. Meanwhile, Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain said that infections were now appearing in clusters, instead of individuals, like earlier. Watch the full video for more.
