Covid: Delhi prisoner relief; India’s cheapest test; USA 2 crore vaccine aim

From Odisha reducing test prices to make them India's cheapest, to undertrial prisoners getting further interim relief in Delhi - here are the top news updates on the Covid-19 pandemic. The Odisha government said that private laboratories can charge a maximum of Rs 400 for RT-PCR tests. Earlier, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat had capped RT-PCR test prices. Delhi High Court extended interim bail of over 3,900 inmates to decongest jails, as per reports. In international news, the US plans to administer a vaccine on around 2 crore people by the end of the year. Russian President Vladimir Putin also ordered mass vaccinations from next week.
